This course is suitable for Teachers, Technicians, TA’s and those supporting learners in the workshop. This course will enable delegates to acquire H&S accreditation certification through a ‘hands on’ approach using the following:
Hand Tools
Drilling Machine
Sanding Machine
Power Fret/Scroll Saw
Plastics Moulding Processes (Vacuum Former & Strip Heater)
Heat Processes (Low Temperature Casting & Soft Soldering)
All the activities conform to the current D&T Association Training Standards.
Please bring your own PPE, i.e. safety goggles, protective apron and appropriate footwear.
Refreshments will be provided but you will need to bring your own lunch.
