Hannah Birch

Bio:

Hannah is a professional engineer who works at BBC in their technical Research & Development department. She has extensive experience in machine learning and computer vision processing. Hannah has also worked in the geophysical oil industry and defence research. Her work has been used on live BBC Sport television programmes. She is passionate about developing young engineers as a STEM ambassador and is a super judge at the Big Bang Fair every year.

Hannah has a BSc Hons degree in Mathematics and MSc in Software engineering & Internet Architecture. She is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the IET
