The Trustees act as directors of the company and have a strategic responsibility for ensuring the D&T Association meets its objectives and represents its members. The Board of Trustees has a number of sub-committees, including the Finance and Audit Committee (FAC).
This group ensures the D&T Association meets its charitable objectives and is managed in a financially secure manner. The Chief Executive and Company Secretary report to these committees but are responsible for the day-to-day management of the organisation. The Board and FAC both meet five times a year.
