Subject Consultation Groups

Previously titled 'teacher working groups' a decision was made to disband these groups last year as part of a wider cost-cutting exercise. As an Association driven by its member's needs, we can only truly function if we are talking to teachers regularly to gain their input and opinion. Adverts went out last month via the Association's website and through social media, for teachers to apply to take an active role in Primary and Secondary Consultation Groups that will start, with a refreshed remit, from this September. The response to the adverts has been good and we are planning our first meetings to take place on a Saturday at the start of the Autumn term.
