Paid Opportunity for Secondary Art & DT Teachers – Help Develop a V&A Workshop

The V&A is looking for passionate secondary school Art & Design and D&T teachers to help create an exciting new outreach workshop inspired by its stunning South Asia Collection. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with museum professionals, influence a brand-new classroom session, and get paid for valuable insights.
Teachers are the experts when it comes to engaging students, and the V&A is keen to hear directly from them. This consultation will help shape a workshop that celebrates South Asian art, design, and culture in a way that is meaningful and relevant to students.

The Details
- Session 1: Friday 9th May, 6:00pm – 8:30pm at the V&A (in person)
- Session 2: Thursday 15th May, 4:00pm – 6:00pm (online)
- Additional Work: One hour between sessions
- Payment: £240
Who Can Apply?
This opportunity is open to:
- Secondary school Art & Design or DT teachers currently working in state-funded schools in London
- Teachers who have the legal right to work in the UK and are UK residents
No prior museum experience is necessary—just an interest in exploring creative learning opportunities in the classroom.
