Join the Teachers in Residence Program

We are have just two spots available on our upcoming free* Teachers in Residence placement in London.

We are inviting secondary school teachers to participate in this unique and exciting professional development opportunity. Those accepted will attend a four-day Teachers in Residence placement at a prestigious, world-renowned architectural firm. These spots are offered on a strictly first come first served basis and spaces are limited. 

This exciting program offers teachers the chance to gain invaluable industry experience and bring real-world knowledge back to their classrooms. By immersing themselves in the architecture field, participating teachers will enhance their understanding of the industry's latest trends, technologies, and practices. This will enable them to inspire and educate their pupils with up-to-date insights and relevant skills.

The Teachers in Residence placement is scheduled to start on July 24th, 2023, and promises an immersive experience. Selected teachers will have the opportunity to work closely with professionals in the field, gaining first-hand knowledge of the architectural design process and exploring the diverse roles within the industry. By engaging in meaningful conversations, shadowing architects, and participating in various activities, teachers will deepen their understanding of the industry and its practical applications.

*Please note travel and subsistence costs are not covered and, in case your placement takes place outside of the school holidays, no funds are available for supply cover. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the residency or failure to attend will result in a charge to the school.
