Primary Self Review and D&T Mark
Why the Primary Self-Review Framework?
All schools are required to complete an annual self-review. This generally requires primary and secondary Design and Technology Subject Leaders to provide information to their Senior Management Team. The process of collecting this information can be demanding and you may not have access to resources that support the process adequately. Our Self-Review Framework and Design and Technology Mark has been designed to address this need.
The Self-Review Framework (SRF) has been designed to help you undertake the process and develop the subject in your school. It is available free to Department members and Primary School members for the first 12 months.
The Design and Technology Mark
The D&T Mark is a quality mark which is intended as an aspirational badge awarded to secondary departments that demonstrates excellence in Design and Technology teaching and learning. It is awarded to schools who can demonstrate they fully meet all the descriptors in the Self-Review Framework.
